Walking Sessions: I’m a big believer in moving our bodies and getting outside more- and moving our bodies while processing our inner thoughts can lead to changing the neuropathways in our brain (thank you mindfulness!) Though this process doesn’t come without its challenges…confidentiality can become a concern because there is the chance of seeing people you or I know and the possibility of being overheard- the environment cannot be as easily controlled.
